AstralCast es una suscripción anual única: 7 días gratis para probar todo, y después el precio anual que muestra la tienda en tu país (USD 15 al año como referencia). No hay compras dentro de la app ni otros planes.
Si no cancelaste, la tienda cobra el primer año y la app sigue igual. Dos días antes te avisamos con una notificación, para que nadie pague por olvido. Con el primer cobro se abre completo el informe general de tu carta, que durante la prueba muestra sólo el Ascendente.
Desde los ajustes de suscripciones de tu cuenta de la tienda, no desde la app: en iPhone, Ajustes → tu nombre → Suscripciones → AstralCast. Si cancelás al menos 24 horas antes del vencimiento, no se cobra la renovación. En Perfil → Suscripción → Gestionar te llevamos directo a esa pantalla.
Se renueva sola cada año, con el mismo precio salvo que la tienda avise otra cosa. Una semana antes de cada cobro la app te manda un recordatorio, además del correo de la tienda.
La suscripción viaja con tu cuenta de la tienda. En Perfil → Suscripción tocá Restaurar compras. La carta natal, en cambio, vive sólo en tu teléfono: hay que cargarla de nuevo.
Los cobros los hace la tienda y los reembolsos los decide ella: se piden desde reportaproblema.apple.com (iPhone) o desde Google Play. Nosotros no vemos tu tarjeta ni tus datos de pago.
No. No hay cuentas, contraseñas ni rastreo: tu carta se queda en tu teléfono y la suscripción la administra la tienda. Más detalle en la política de privacidad.
Los avisos se calculan y se programan en tu propio teléfono. Revisá que en Perfil → Avisos esté encendido el que esperás, y que en Ajustes del sistema AstralCast tenga permiso de notificaciones. Abrir la app de vez en cuando renueva la agenda de avisos del año.
Abrí la app una vez con tu carta cargada: el widget toma de ahí el lugar y el huso. Con la prueba vencida el widget queda desactivado hasta que haya suscripción.
El autor. Las interpretaciones del informe son citas de sus libros, con tomo y página; el pronóstico usa su doctrina. Ninguna respuesta astrológica la genera una inteligencia artificial. Quién es, en Quiénes somos.

No. There are no accounts, passwords or tracking: your chart stays on your phone and the subscription is managed by the store. More in the privacy policy.
Alerts are calculated and scheduled on your own phone. Check that the one you expect is switched on in Profile → Notifications, and that AstralCast has notification permission in the system Settings. Opening the app now and then renews the year's schedule.
Open the app once with your chart loaded: the widget takes the place and time zone from there. Once the trial has expired the widget stays disabled until there is a subscription.
